**What you’ll be doing**:
As a Product Manager - Homepage, you will be responsible for driving prioritisation of the Coles Online home page content and features against key objectives and is empowered to make priority decisions.

**You’ll also**:

- Utilise OKRs to define objectives and key success measures for their squad
- Lead a content & campaigns squad for content production across web and app as well as focused on home page optimisation to ensure we maximise business performance
- Define backlog with their Squads, partner with the crew lead to ensure the backlog aligns with the business and product strategies
- Frame product backlog in context of bigger picture and larger product roadmap
- Manage and prioritise backlog to deliver on their quarterly objectives and key commercial outcomes
- Be accountable for the results (customer/business outcome) of their squad
- Be familiar with top level inputs & metrics in order accurately identify problems

**Good things you'll need**:

- Extensive experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
- A consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business
- Experience supporting digital channels in large, complex organisations; experience working in a digital-first organisation with a strong customer-centric focus
- Experienced in communicating and rationalising product design decisions
- Experience working in fast paced environments and comfortable with change
- Skilled in working collaboratively with engineering, design and marketing
