**Your new role**

Working out of our Inspect Real Estate premises in
**Milton**, this is a critical role in ensuring all things people and HR run smoothly across our Reapit ANZ business units. This position requires someone who is not only organized and efficient, but also has a strong sense of responsibility and ownership over their work. The role includes career progression as we continue to grow.

**Responsibilities and duties include**
- Managing and executing the employee journey all the way from onboarding to offboarding
- Planning and executing the annual lifecycle of people processes including formal check-ins, compensation and benefits reviews, career conversations and development and engagement events
- Ensuring our policies and processes are aligned globally where possible whilst complying with local employment legislation
- Managing and administration of benefits, recognition and service awards
- Providing advice and information on people matters to employees and managers including guidance on staff absence, attendance, performance, capability, grievances and disciplinaries
- Producing monthly/quarterly reporting for HR Business Partners, VP People and Operations and people managers

**You will be successful if you have**
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of compliance and employment law
- Competent Excel skills and knowledge of HR IT systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; articulate and personable
- International HR experience (desirable)
- Experience of acquisitions and integrations
- A Bachelors Degree in Business or qualifications in a HR Related Discipline will be highly regarded
