**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, we are seeking someone who will be responsible for leading and managing the Customer Care team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
**WHAT’S INVOLVED**:
- Deliver a great customer experience
- Lead NSW Customer Care team (team of 5) with a hands-on approach
- Take ownership of the order entry process
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Closely work with the Supply Chain, Sales and Operations team to ensure the best possible outcome
- Actively monitor the state branches, through building strong relationships and ensuring KPI's are achieved and the customer experience is being delivered.
**YOU WILL NEED**:
There are a few essential tools you will need under your belt to be successful in this role:
- 5+ years experience in Customer Service Management
- 5+ years experience in Project Management
- Strong leadership skills, with energy, drive, enthusiasm and empathy
- Growth mindset
- Planning and organisational skills
- Exceptional communicator
- Data analysis and interpretation experience
- Ability to interpret financial information
- Results driven and prepared to be hands on to meet critical deadlines
