Working in modern facilities at our Balcatta office our Customer Service team provides world-class customer service to business & residential customers across Western Australia.
**What the role will involve?**
Reporting to the Manager - Planning & Performance, you’ll lead strategic workforce planning, financial forecasting and play a lead role in shaping the Customer Service business unit strategy. The role will build strategic medium to long-term workforce planning from the ground up across
all sections of the Customer Service business unit and build out financial modelling to understand decision making and impacts from a fiscal perspective.
From your strong workforce and strategic planning background, you’ll manage effective collaborative engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, transparent engagement, ensuring the achievement of business objectives.
**Key skills and experience**:
You’ll have substantial experience in a strategic workforce planning role with a relevant degree advantageous. In addition, you will:
Have substantial experience in long term strategic planning including recruitment phasing, what if scenario planning, budget planning and financial impact modelling
Be an expert communicator and relationship builder to translate organisational project impacts on Customer Service
Display high levels of analytical skills, with proficiency in interrogation of databases and prior experience building visuals in Power BI or similar intelligence tools being advantageous
