We are currently recruiting a Clinical Lead to join our National Connect team.
As a Clinical Lead you will liaise with the Connect tele-counsellors to manage counselling cases, ensuring these are completed within appropriate service boundaries to TELUS Health standards.
The Clinical Lead will be part of the Senior Clinical Team an ensure TELUS Health clinical policies and procedures are adhered to within the APAC region. The nature of this position entails substantial variety and complexity and requires highly developed assessment and evaluation skills, alongside the ability to develop novel solutions for routine and non-routine requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of the day-to-day tele counselling tasks and management of the team’s workload
- Provide clinical and case management support to Connect counsellors.
- Ensure the effective implementation and monitoring of clinical systems in relation to Case Management
- Support the development and implementation of data management and information systems to ensure an effective service.
- Auditing of clinical systems and processes within Connect
About you:
- You are an experienced clinician and are registered with one of the below:
- Psychologists: full registration with AHPRA
- Social Workers: fully registered with AASW
- Counsellors: ACA - minimum level 3 registration / PACFA: full clinical membership.
- Proven experience in professional or clinical supervision.
- Counselling experience in face-face, by telephone and online modalities, preference in short-term solution focused therapy
- Have well-developed interpersonal skills with an ability to present and interact and influence at all levels.
- A demonstrated commitment to professional development in self and others.
- Competent with IT systems - this role requires you to use multiple screens and programs.
