We are looking for a Administration Officer to support operations in our Sydney office. Reporting to and working closely with the NSW Service Manager your primary responsibility will be to support the scheduling of staircases for installation including contact with our customers, booking installations, providing ongoing customer service and updates, and providing sales support.

**Essential Job Responsibilities**:

- Support scheduling for our team of regular contractors for staircase installations across Sydney
- Building and strengthening existing customer relationships through high quality customer service
- High level computer skills for data entry and tracking jobs
- Providing project support for large installs to ensure stairs are installed on time in full

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Demonstrated expertise in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and electronic)
- Confidence to build rapport with builders and the operations team
- Ability to problem solve and work with teams to overcome challenges
- Experience in the building or building products industry, resource planning or project management desirable (but not essential)
