Temp People & Culture Coordinator needed for a highly reputable Financial Services company, located in Northern Sydney.

**The Company**

Are you looking to expand your HR skillset? We have a varied temporary People & Culture Coordinator position available with an immediate start

This is a 3-6 month temporary role with hybrid working and standard office hours of 9am-5pm.

**The Role**

This is a generalist position covering a range of duties. The People & Culture Coordinator will:

- Support with first level HR queries, escalating more complex issues to the HR Manager
- Manage end-end HR administration and maintain/update the HRIS system (Employment Hero)
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes with relevant departments
- Assist Payroll with employee movements
- Support the HR Manager with review processes
- Run a range of HR reports including up and coming probationary reviews
- Assist the L&D Specialist with updating guides and preparing check-in sessions
- Support the HR Manager with company initiatives including wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with Recruitment activities and administration
- Other HR related duties as required

**The Individual**

To be successful in this role, you will have some experience in a similar HR or Recruitment role and will have a good understanding of HR processes and procedures.
