**The opportunity**:
As an integral part of the team your duties will include assisting with the Facilities maintenance across Village Roadshow Studios.

**Your day to day**:

- Assist with various rebuilds and repairs
- Follow workshop procedures and maintain the workplace in a clean and organised manner to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist and facilitate general day to day maintenance requirements
- Be able to liaise in a professional manner
- Ability to use a tablet-based CMMS, this includes scheduled work, preventative maintenance, defect reporting and follow up communications.
- Ability to perform basic painting, plumbing, carpentry, gardening and general maintenance repairs involving buildings, furniture and flooring
- Work effectively within a team environment to provide excellent service and to promote a positive working environment
- Ability to adhere to maintenance task instructions as set out
- Be able to assist in breakdowns and out of hours works when required.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Proven experience in a trades related role
- Elevated Work Platform licence and Forklift licence advantageous
- Basic electrical safety awareness and understanding an advantage
- Ability to work at heights
- A manual driver’s licence is essential
- Ability to maintain confidential information is essential
- Able to work independently/unsupervised and also in a team environment
- Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively
