CT Labour Hire & Recruitment is seeking reliable and experienced workers for multiple roles in the fabrication, manufacturing, and engineering sectors These are hands-on, full-time positions with strong potential for permanent employment.

We are currently conducting a major intake seeking experienced Welders, Boilermakers, Steel Moulders, Skilled Workshop Labourers, Production Labourers, Forklift Operators and Sand Blasters & MORE

Pay rate based on trade and skills but for example Factory Labourer $33 +OT, Workshop Labourer (with Forklift Licence) $36ph +OT, 2nd Class Welders $42ph +OT and Boilermakers are $55 -$60ph +OT

Day Shift – First intake now open

Molendinar location

Do you have the following skills:

  • Experience in a similar trade or factory role
  • Confidence with power tools
  • Current White Card (Construction Safety)
  • Physically fit – lifting, kneeling, climbing required
  • Immediate availability preferred
