The Role:

Rockcote is looking for a hands-on Trade Store Leader to manage our Gold Coast Trade Hub. You will lead a small team, oversee day-to-day operations and deliver an exceptional experience for trade professionals and distribution partners.

Your key responsibilities will include:

· Leading and supporting your team of Trade Sales Assistants

· Looking after customers, pricing, stock availability, deliveries and updates

· Managing inventory, performing stock takes and maintaining accurate records

· Processing orders and invoices efficiently and accurately

· Training staff on product mixing, tinting and order assembly to ensure timely fulfilment

· Picking, packing and delivering orders when required

· Maintaining a safe, organised and efficient workplace using 5S principles

· Managing sales budgets and monitoring performance against targets

· Preparing reports on sales, inventory and team performance

· Driving excellent customer service while supporting the team to achieve sales objectives

About You:

You are an experienced, customer-focused leader with:

· –3 years' experience managing a trade or building products store, or leading operations in a similar retail environment

· A proven track record of leading a team, driving store performance, and maintaining a safe, compliant workplace

· Confidence using POS systems, managing financial transactions, reporting, and implementing process improvements

· Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills

· Knowledge of render, texture, and paint products (including tinting) highly desirable

· A current driver's licence (forklift licence a bonus)
