Based from our Australian Head Office in Toowoomba, Queensland, this role of **Transport Compliance Coordinator **will report to the **Operations Support Services Manager,** working a typical Monday to Friday week.

**What we are looking for**:
An experienced Coordinator with a background in the transport industry. This position will assist with Savanna being compliant with the national heavy vehicle laws, including fatigue management and procurement of permits for over-weight and over-dimension loads. We are looking for a self motivated team player with exceptional computer skills and attention to detail.

**You will be focusing on**:

- Permitting of over-mass and over-dimension loads
- Tracking and checking fatigue records
- Tracking and checking mass records
- Assignment and tracking of non-conformances in relation to fatigue and mass
- Basic induction of employees into mass, maintenance and fatigue programs
- Supporting operations at times of internal and external audits (quarterly)
- Working with the Transport team to keep policies and procedures updated.

**Experience**:

- Transport permitting system
- Basic and Advanced Fatigue Management compliance
- Transport industry knowledge
- Inducting employees in transport related programs
- Computer skills
