**Savanna**is seeking an experienced **Crew Coordinator**to join our growing Human Resources Team provide support to our Rig / Infield Operations Leadership with crew recruitment, rostering, movements in and out of field.

Based in our Head Office located in Toowoomba Head.

As a Crew Coordinator you will primarily be responsible for the administration, recruiting, and on-boarding of new crew members for our Heavy Drilling Operations Rig. Crew Coordinator you work closely with Heavy Drilling Operations Rig/Infield Leadership on rostering and crew movement in and out of the field and support the development and retention competent and effective crews.

**To apply, you should have**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar position.
- Previous experience within the Oil & Gas industry or similar blue-collar environment highly regarded
- Proven experience maintaining and planning Crew rosters
- Support Rig Operations to ensure Rigs are operations and have competent and effective crews
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing job applicants and onboarding new employees
- A high level of organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a positive and a proactive attitude, with a sense of urgency
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- An ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently
- An ability to be flexible to adapt to ever changing environments
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the use of an HRIS (eg. ConnX)
- Advanced Microsoft Suite
- Advanced Excel Skills

**What you'll be doing**:

- Interviewing and onboarding new employees to ensure our positions are filled
- Maintaining and planning a crew roster
- Managing the transportation of crews in and out of the field
- Communicating with stakeholders to ensure seamless crew change each week
- Supporting operations team to ensure Rig are operational and staffed approximately
- Maintaining existing employees’ details, rosters & status changes etc.
- Have the ability to be available, evening and weekend should the rig / infield operations Leadership require support outside of hours with unforeseen crews changes and crews transport to and from the field
