An exciting opportunity exists to work with Judicial Registrar Caporale within the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Judicial Registrar Caporale has a strong focus on Alternative Dispute Resolution. The Judicial Registrar also presides over the Associate Justice Practice Court and specialised commercial lists including the Oppression List and Corporations List.
Judicial Registrar Caporale is seeking a legally qualified individual to be his Associate.
The Associate will be required to provide high-level legal support and administrative services both in chambers and in the courtroom. The role requires excellent time management skills, an ability to prioritise workload, a strong customer service focus and a capacity to communicate at all levels.
Legal qualifications, high-level research skills, strong interpersonal skills, organisational skills and post admission experience is preferred.

**Duties include**:

- assisting judicial mediations
- legal research
- clerking in court (including virtually)
- liaising with practitioners, court staff, and members of the public
- electronic document management
- managing the Judicial Registrar's diary.
