**Open Positions**:
**1. Senior Restoration Technician**

**Role Summary**: As an experienced technician, you will lead restoration projects, mentor junior technicians, and ensure the highest quality of service in restoring properties. Your experience will guide your team through complex scenarios insurance related

**2. Junior Restoration Technician**

**Role Summary**: Starting your journey in the restoration industry, you'll gain hands-on experience and knowledge in a supportive environment. You'll work closely with senior technicians, learning the ins and outs of restoration, and contributing to our mission of helping communities rebuild.

**3. Warehouse Coordinator/Field Support**

**Role Summary**: A dual role focusing on maintaining warehouse operations' efficiency, cleanliness, and organisation, alongside providing critical support in the field. This position offers a unique blend of operational management and direct involvement in restoration efforts, ensuring our teams have what they need, when they need it.

**Key Requirements Across Roles**:

- IICRC certification (valued for technical roles).
- Manual Driver’s License and Police Clearance.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to varying schedules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- For warehouse/field support roles, experience in warehouse management systems and a valid forklift license are essential.

**About Us**

At WA Flood and Fire, we restore normalcy to homes and businesses affected by floods, fires, mould, and other disasters. Leveraging the latest in restoration tech and methodologies, we offer comprehensive services tailored to the unique needs of our clients. We're on a mission to help, available 24/7 for emergency responses, ensuring we're there when our community needs us the most.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- On call

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- Manual Driver Licence (preferred)
