**About the role**

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Respond to enquiries from clients seeking assistance or support regarding chargebacks or claims ;
- The administration of Chargeback and Direct Debit Claim management;
- Review and analyse transactional activity through transaction monitoring software to identify trends and unusual activity, flagging escalations when required;
- Liaise with key business partners including banking partners and nominated clients as well as internal stakeholders on payment disputes and fraud prevention;

**About you**

We are looking for an analytical thinker with an eye for anomaly’s, trends and patterns. You are proactive, customer centric and have excellent communications skills. You can work both autonomously and collaboratively with a small team to share findings, raise concerns and problem-solve. You can also support other business functions by translating the technical and financial concepts the team identify and resolve.

You will also bring:

- Knowledge and experience in banking, payments or related industry;
- Experience with chargebacks is desirable;
- Excellent analytical skills and can gather data including perming basic data manipulation
- Experienced in a problem-solving environment, including the need to recognise non-obvious patterns;
- Ability to learn a wide range of business models, products, services and the potential risks associated with them.
