Our company is looking for a disability support worker. To work closely with our clients who have a diagnosis of neurodivergence and physical disabilities, The aim is to improve the quality of life of our clients who have these conditions by helping them with independence and gain the skills they need to help them stay independent and live more comfortably and confidently in their home and the community. Our clients have complex needs and need support in the house with personal care, domestic assistants and community access.

**Duty and Responsibilities**:
Supporting and assisting clients with personal care, home support, personal support, domestic assistance, washing, meal preparation, cleaning, and social support.

Providing direct care for clients a knowledge of personal-centred care and being able to put clients' best interests first.

Assisting in promoting the development and maintenance of skills, capabilities and lifestyle.

Be able to work as a team and as well independently and able to manage complex situations.

Respecting client's privacy, dignitaries and confidentiality and maintaining boundaries.

Understanding of neurodivergent and physical disabilities and trauma.

using trauma-affirming approach and neurodivergent-affirming approach with clients.

Providing overall assistance to the well-being of the clients.

MUST HAVE A DRIVER LICENSE AND A CAR FOR THIS ROLE
