Dental Receptionist

We are Pacific Dental, a fast-growing, privately owned dental practice in Chelsea, seeking a talented & enthusiastic Receptionist / Manager to join us in a great deal of fun. Having experience in D4W and dental reception is an advantage, but not essential. **Key responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and coordinate workflow
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about our dental services
- Assist with billing, insurance claims, and other administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Support the dental team as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the practice

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a dental reception role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using dental practice management software
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine interest in dentistry and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
