Reporting to the New Machines Mining Manager, the **Vendor Controller **is responsible for controlling vendor sourced & completed scopes of work and vendor supplied items to the Perth branch facilities. In addition, the Vendor Controller is responsible for controlling all vendor completed items & services, based on priority, ensuring delivery dates are met, whilst ensuring scope, cost & quality are all completed to the required standard. Itemised quotes are checked and authorised for PO creation and receipting of goods & services.

The role is accountable for effective Vendor management, ensuring high compliance to plan to achieve WesTrac’s targets of productivity and compliance to Caterpillar and Customer requirements across all aspects of safety and execution of task.

**Location**: Guildford, Perth Precinct

**Roster**: 5D2O 10.5hrs

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Previous administrative & vendor management experience
- Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
- Exposure to WesTrac Systems is desirable
