We're excited to offer three opportunities for dedicated and detail-oriented professionals to join our Accounts Receivable team within the Corporate and Government space. These full-time roles are available for a fixed term of either 6 or 12 months, providing a fantastic chance to expand your skills and experience within our dynamic team.
You will be responsible for ensuring daily accounts receivable tasks are completed including filing patient refund paperwork, following up on outstanding payments, and handling queries from patients. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment and contribute to providing comprehensive care to patients and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure daily accounts receivable tasks are completed including filing patient refund paperwork, reviewing returned mail, contacting Medicare to confirm details
- Accurate and timely receipting of cheques, credit cards and related payments
- Collecting outstanding or overdue invoices
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone queries
- Ensure that all patient and inter-departmental enquiries are handled in accordance with the current I-MED policy

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable role within a medium to large organisation.
- Experience in the healthcare industry and exposure to Medicare Benefits Schedule is highly regarded.
- Exposure to a high-volume environment and the ability to work toward deadlines.
- Strong understanding of medical coding and billing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
