We have an exciting opportunity with a well known and loved Australian brand based within retail for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional.

**Duties**:

- Daily banking and cash receipting
- Allocation of payments
- Processing of miscellaneous invoices, credit notes and journals
- Reconciliation of customer accounts
- Liaising with internal and external customers with regards to account queries and maintaining customer expectations
- Completing daily integrations
- Manage debtors ledger ensuring that overdue accounts are investigated/collected within KPIs provided

**Your experience**
- At least 2 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar (retail would be advantageous)
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to work with high attention to detail in a high-volume environment
- Advanced experience with accounting systems (ERP or SAP advantageous)
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word and Excel
- Highly organized, good time management and prioritization skills
- Proven skills being a problem solver, using your initiative and being proactive
- Well rounded skills working effectively within a team
- Self Motivated and collaborative
- Be comfortable working in an office environment and at home
