**What’s the Job?**
There is a great opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Western & Grampians team as a Team Leader - Programs of Support. The Team Leader role is an integral part of the organisation's leadership team and will be key in upholding the development and growth of new and existing business units.

The role will oversee the day to day operations of the Programs of Support service at David House (Yarraville) to ensure that the relevant support services are delivered in a manner consistent with Annecto’s Policy and Procedure Guidelines, Organisational Values, the Victorian Disability Service Standards, NDIS Quality & Safeguard Framework and relevant Occupational Health and Safety requirements.

**What we need from you**:
> Demonstrated ability to support and supervise staff along with demonstrated organisational and time management skills
> An understanding of the NDIS processes and requirements
> Demonstrated experience in the coordination of provision of services and programs to people with individual support needs
> Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a culturally diverse group
> Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high degree of initiative
> Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
> Demonstrated experience in working with people at all levels in a medium to large organisation with multiple sites
> Current Victorian drivers licence
> Current NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
