As a Public Trust Officer (PTO) with the Queensland Public Trustee (QPT), you'll provide expert financial advice and guidance, helping customers navigate complex situations such as estate administration, financial management, and trust services. You'll be at the forefront of customer interactions, offering empathetic, high-quality service to individuals from diverse backgrounds, many of whom are facing vulnerable circumstances.
Your role will be crucial in ensuring that Queenslanders, whether dealing with mental health issues, disabilities, or aged-related challenges, are supported in making informed financial decisions. You'll manage a caseload, provide documentation, and maintain up-to-date customer records, all while using your strong judgment to advise on critical financial matters. This is more than a job, it's an opportunity to contribute to your community by ensuring customers' financial wellbeing.
