**About the Centre**:
Welcome to Milestones Meridan Plains - our custom-built early learning centre located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

Catering for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, we are currently seeking a passionate and driven **Assistant Centre Manager** to join our dedicated Leadership Team.

**About the Role**
- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

**About you**
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
