2. Experienced admin/ pharmacy assistants. (Cert 2-3)

Remuneration will be based on experience, and regular pay reviews will be based on performance.

**Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Handle customer enquiries in person and over the phone professionally and efficiently.
- Maintained a clean and organised reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mailboxes.
- Coordinate prescription processing timelines with the pharmacist
- Working independently and within a team to ensure continued functionality of day-to-day tasks
- Accurately dispense medications under the supervision of a registered pharmacist (Dispense Tech)
- Prepare prescriptions and manage stock levels in the dispensary (Dispense Tech)
- Work in a fast-paced dispensary environment (Dispense Tech)
- Comply with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
- Excellent troubleshooter and a problem solver
- Ability to show initiative in a high-pressure environment and manage conflicting priorities

Expected hours: 38 per week
