**About the business**

Innovative Custom Compounding Chemist is located in Southport, in the Gold Coast Health and Knowledge Precinct.

We are expanding and looking for a passionate, highly organised, and proactive **Administration officer, Dispense Tech and Pharmacy Assistant** to join our expanding family. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a growing pharmaceutical business. Our mission is to provide our community with care, connection, and real support through innovative treatments that go beyond just medications.

**About the role**

We are looking for:
Experienced Administrator

Experienced Pharmacy assistants. (Cert 2-3)

Experienced Dispense Technician (2 positions available)

**Benefits and perks**

Hours can be negotiable, with some weekend work (on a rotating roster). Positions available can be FT or PPT, depending on requirements. Remuneration will be based on experience, and regular pay reviews will be based on performance.

Depending on your interests, you can learn new skills and have room to grow in many aspects of pharmacy.

**About the role**

**Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Handle customer enquiries in person and over the phone professionally and efficiently.
- Maintained a clean and organised reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mailboxes.
- Coordinate prescription processing timelines with the pharmacist
- Working independently and within a team to ensure continued functionality of day-to-day tasks
- Accurately dispense medications under the supervision of a registered pharmacist (Dispense Tech)
- Prepare prescriptions and manage stock levels in the dispensary (Dispense Tech)
- Work in a fast-paced dispensary environment (Dispense Tech)
- Comply with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
- Excellent troubleshooter and a problem solver
- Ability to show initiative in a high-pressure environment and manage conflicting priorities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 38 per week
