We have two unique opportunities for vibrant and engaged Optical Assistants to join our team. One on a Full time Basis at Australia Fair and the other casually across both locations with the potential to grow into full time employment.

**Description**:
**Key Accountability Areas & Related Responsibilities**:

- Be able to communicate clearly with patients and visitors in a bright, friendly manner and promptly attend to their needs
- Provide your expertise to help patients choose frames that not only meet their needs/desires, but also look great
- Maintain a tidy practice environment to ensure a positive overall patient experience
- Provide friendly and efficient telephone reception service.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Cert IV dispensing qualification desired but not essential
- Passion to help others
- Full time and casual roles available
