Gardening Team Leader

**Diplomatik **currently have an exciting vacancy for an experienced gardener/landscaper to make the jump into a team leader position. The role will require leading a small crew while also lending a helping hand on the tools on a large scale project.

The role is situated at Burswood Gardens and around Crown Casino on a long term ongoing project with one of our valued clients. The position will start of as casual employment but is more than likely to lead to a FT position with the possibility of a company car.

**Duties of the Role**
- Ability to run a small team and direct/organise daily workload
- Hedging and pruning
- Mower work
- General landscaping and gardening duties

**Essential Experience/ Certificates**
- C Class drivers licence
- Cert III horticulture or equivalent qualifications
- Previous experience in parks and gardens positions
- Previous team leader experience is advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
