**Expressions of Interests for Independent Vehicle Inspectors**

RACQ Autoglass are seeking experienced trade qualified mechanics to work as our Independent Mobile Vehicle Inspectors. The areas we cover currently are Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast with a view to expand to other areas in the near future.

**What you’ll be doing:

- **
- Use your mechanical expertise to conduct a range of vehicle inspections for RACQ Members and customers
- You will assist our members and customers by inspecting and testing a wide range of motor vehicles utilizing various inspection procedures and report types.
- You will answer a range of technical questions relating to the inspections carried out, providing accurate and comprehensive advice and reports.
- Documenting the outcomes of your inspections

**Essential requirements:

- **
- Automotive Mechanic trade qualifications.
- Hold or can acquire Approved Examiner (AE) licence from Qld Transport to issue Safety Certificates (RWC).
- Open Australian Driver's License.
- ABN.
- Own Vehicle (must be a ute or a van white in colour and less than 5 years old at the time of putting it on the road) and suitable equipment to carry out Inspections (list will be provided).
- Own mobile or tablet.
- Hold own insurances and public liability policies.

If successful, you will be offered a contract for up to 3 years.

We will provide training, certification and software to prepare inspection reports.
