We're looking for an experienced and passionate Trainer and Assessor to deliver Certificate III and IV in Business as part of our dynamic RTO team. This part-time role (4 days per week) will commence in Term 4, 2025, providing you the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of learners while working in a values-driven, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality training and assessment in Certificate III and IV in Business, aligned with approved Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS).
- Create engaging, inclusive learning environments that meet the diverse needs of students.
- Assess student competency using compliant tools and ensure records are maintained to a high standard.
- Support learner success by monitoring progress, providing feedback, and implementing support strategies as needed.
- Maintain vocational and industry currency and ensure training reflects current business practices.
- Participate in validation, moderation, and continuous improvement activities.
- Actively contribute to a collaborative and professional team environment.

About YouYou're a confident communicator and educator who brings real-world business experience into the classroom. You understand the importance of compliance, student support, and fostering positive learning outcomes in a vocational education setting.
Essential:
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
- Qualifications and current industry skills relevant to Business at Certificate IV level.
- Minimum 3 years' current industry experience in a business-related field.
- Strong understanding of the Standards for RTOs 2025.
- Confident using technology and online learning platforms.
- Actively involved in your local Christian church and aligned with the Christian ethos of CCM.
Desirable:
- Experience delivering training in a vocational education environment.
- Ability to support learners with varying needs and backgrounds.
- Deliver training with purpose in a supportive, Christian environment.
- Enjoy a consistent 4-day work week with a well-planned start in Term 4, 2025.
- Be part of a growing RTO committed to student success and educational excellence.
