Key tasks and responsibilities:

- Lead the functional delivery of SAP Payroll system upgrades and enhancements.
- Ensure all business requirements and functional designs are understood and delivered.
- Interpret systems specifications to develop, maintain and support reporting solutions.
- Create & manage functional documentation as well as perform unit testing and sign-off on system integration testing.
- Manage the change and release management of Payroll developments, patch updates and upgrades.
- Respond to and address user requests via ticketing process preferable to have experience in Service now.
- Develop long term partnerships with business partners and vendors.

**Qualifications**
- EC or ECP SAP Certification.
- 3+ years’ experience in SAP ECP or EC.
- Experience with EC or ECP implementations.
- Hands on experience with SAP Payroll ECP or EC end to end process.
- End to End Payroll process.
- Strong oral written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex business problems and technical solutions.
