About you
- Must be able to read upside down, back to front and be prepared for several interruptions with questions such as "why are caterpillars always so hungry?"
- Be a team player and a natural collaborator who is open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflects upon best practice
- Love to come to work in a place where your voice is valued and you are supported to succeed
- Be passionate about providing exceptional learning environments for children
- Embrace personal growth and quality improvement whilst focusing on how we can all constantly learn and grow
- Not afraid to get messy with substances including paint, slime or mud

**Qualifications**:

- Hold or working towards an ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma qualification
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
- Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one
