[Urgent] Integrated Solutions Support Lead

The Role

The role of Integrated Solutions Support Lead belongs to the Digital Technology team in the Finance, Infrastructure and Digital Technology directorate. We have five office campuses across the state and this role will be based at our West Leederville office.

As Integrated Solutions Support Lead, you will lead the support team responsible for CEWA’s Administration of Schools (AoS) platform and integrated enterprise applications. You will coordinate system updates, contribute to product development, oversee training and change management, and ensure high standards of service delivery across CEWA’s digital platforms.

This is a full-time ongoing position.

Selection Criteria

- Support for the Catholic ethos in the performance of duties
- Experience coordinating system updates, particularly within Microsoft D365 CE and F&O environments
- Ability to assess and manage the impact of software updates on custom system implementations
- Experience organising and overseeing regression testing and change documentation
- Ability to contribute to product development through roadmap planning, backlog management, and SME guidance
- Leadership skills in managing support teams, onboarding, training, and professional development
- Capacity to analyse support trends and use insights to improve training and system functionality
- Experience coordinating support staff participation in testing and release activities
- Ability to develop and deliver training related to new features and system changes
- Attention to detail in maintaining up-to-date support documentation

Highly Desirable:

- Experience working with or supporting education organisations
- 5+ years of experience in support service delivery management
- A cover letter briefly addressing the selection criteria.
- A curriculum vitae outlining their employment history, qualifications and certifications and include a minimum of two professional references.
