**What's on offer?**:
As a Receptionist and face of ABN Group you will provide a welcoming and friendly reception to all our visitors, customers, suppliers and team members by focusing on an awesome customer experience.
You will work as part of a Reception team that supports customers with a broad range of enquiries and connects them to contacts throughout our organisation.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating incoming communication
- Answering and redirecting incoming calls
- Managing and maintaining meeting rooms
- Organising and sorting mail
- General administration

- Excellent time management, listening and organisation
- Prior experience in a Reception position
- The ability to deliver an awesome customer experience
- Proactively building collaborative relationships
