Fire Team Leader

**The Role**
As the team leader for the Fire Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians who will complete planned and reactive commercial maintenance across key BGIS clients.
This role is based in Sydney
Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an **Australian Citizen**.
- Managing a growing team of wet and dry fire technician
- Maintain and service all Fire Alarm Systems and Fire Fighting Equipment to AS 1851-2012
- When required assist on the tools to fault find on various fire systems, networks, and access control systems
- Testing, installing, and maintaining fire panels
- Assist in the preparation of customer quotations & identifying remedial work
- Liaise directly with the client regarding service work.
- Safety focused with a strong understanding of SWMS
**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience managing a team of technicians
- Ability to mentor and train staff
- Strong experience and understanding of AS1851 (and AS2118)
- Experience working within the Fire Services industry
- Demonstrate and understand process of installation, repair and testing
- FPAS accreditation (desirable)
- White card
- Full Drivers Licence
