**About the position**

The Service Leader will oversee the operation of our residential properties with the support of the Senior Operations Manager, to ensure effective and efficient service delivery. The position will support team through role modeling, coaching and supervision.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Role modeling effective person-centered practice

Providing direction, coaching and development to your team to address learning needs and build capability

Support the team to provide high-quality services - ensuring each participant's plans and goals are assessed and evaluated in line with their aspirations

Provide effective onboarding, orientation and development for the team, supporting their engagement and development

Conduct regular team meetings and monthly practice supervision sessions for each team member

Support the team to understand and manage participant risks

**About You**

Strong High Physical and Psychosocial Support experience supporting goals of individual support plans

Demonstrated capacity to effectively lead, coach and develop a team to achieve best quality outcomes

Ability to incorporate effective planning, time management, problem solving, organisational skills and resourcing, whilst achieving quality outcomes.

Demonstrated understanding of available community services, networks and supports

Desire to join a for purpose organisation fostering a diverse culture of respect and growth where differences are valued.
