Property and Right of Way Officer

One of our clients, a local council within Metro Melbourne’s North West Suburbs around the Essendon area, is looking for a Property and Right of Way Officer.

This Job is a casual role, however will be for 38 hours per week, and could lead on to gaining a full-time contract.

Pay Rate: $32.88

Could be hybrid work/ WFH.

You will require:
Ability to conduct thorough research and investigations into property matters, problem solving and demonstrated commitment and ability to achieve quality outcomes.

Understanding of property theory, practices, guidelines and legislation and practical experience related to the functions and duties of the position.

Sound written and oral communication skills
