**Who we're looking for**
As a Property Manager, you'll keep your clients satisfied while managing and caretaking your portfolio. You'll perform rental appraisals, conduct open for inspections, and follow up on rental arrears. This hands on role will also see you preparing condition reports, attending to maintenance/repair requirements, and managing inspections. Your portfolio is around 180 properties, with a Saturday rotation of 1 in 6 with time in lieu

We do not use Virtual Assistants, our support is with real in office Inspections and Leasing consultants. Nelson Alexander do so much within our communities, and all staff can take 2 days per year paid leave to assist with our charity partners such as Fareshare, Ronald McDonald House and many more. We pride ourselves on making our team feel more like a family and the team culture is one of inclusion and support

**What you'll need**
- Estate Agents License / Agents Representative Certificate
- Current Victorian Drivers License
- Previous experience managing a portfolio
- A strong client focus and shared values
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage your time effectively
- A positive, friendly demeanor
