You will primarily be responsible for providing administrative support to the business by ensuring our clients and customers records are maintained accurately. Providing empathetic customer service over the phone, you will follow up on the requests of our clients and customers. Using your effective problem-solving skills, you will manage customer complaints and escalate as required. To ensure for your success, you will work to specific targets that look at the accuracy and efficiency with which you can perform specific administrative processes. Working in a fun and collaborative environment, you will work closely with your team to ensure for the timely resolution of inquiries. You will also be tasked with looking for opportunities to improve our procedures and systems. **About You**: First and foremost, you're a self-starter and a true "people" person. A natural communicator, you have an investigative mindset and are adaptable, innovative and resilient.
