- Providing proactive support and general assistance
- Monitoring and management of the General Manager’s calendar
- Attending meetings with the GM and coordinating minutes and actionables
- Proactively identifying priorities and commitments and coordinating appropriately
- Preparing correspondence, assisting with presentations, formatting documents and reports and providing teams with timelines for reporting requirements
- Management and updating of internal records, policies and procedures including documenting procedures of various line managers
- Liaise with external marketing agency on future marketing initiatives ensuring sign off from the GM
- General administration duties
- Adhoc projects as directed by the GM

To be successful in this role you must thrive on being that go to person that can be relied upon at all times. Your ability to foresee areas where you can add value and remove or eliminate unnecessary duties or distractions from the GM is essential along with your exceptional attention to detail, friendly disposition, and a genuine interest in business.
