We are on the lookout for part-time **Personal Care Assistants** **to join our team at **Rockingham Aged Care Home**, in Rockingham.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will work closely with our residents to improve their quality of life by assisting with day to day activities. You will possess highly developed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills, a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and make meaningful connections with our residents and their families.

Now... before we can set you loose in the home** **and (more importantly) introduce you to our residents, we need to ensure you possess:

- National Police Clearance (obtained in last six months)
- NDIS Worker Screening (or able to obtain),
- evidence of COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations, and
- full working rights in Australia.
