**About the role**:
We are seeking a driven, creative, and passionate team member to complement our dynamic team.

**Role Expectations and Outcomes**:

- Examine day sheets to ensure all the sites are performing well according to business needs.
- Identify issues and follow up at a site level, if required.
- (SIRA - Statistical Inventory Reconciliation Analysis).
- Performing as the primary contact for providing analytical aid, optimisation and troubleshooting of the fuel analysis system.
- Reviewing site-level data, focusing on failed and inconclusive sites.
- Viewing and analysing fuel variances for leaks, losses, tank and line integrity, delivery accuracy and miscalibrated meters.
- Investigating causes of continuous loss and site outages.
- Reviewing the fuel pricing for all unmanned sites.
- Regular audits and checks of Operations of all the OPT - Outdoor Payment Terminals and Payment Terminal solutions.
- Ensuring all the fill sites are in working order i.e. pumps, hoses, signage and logging the job with the relevant department, if required.
- Liaising with OPT tech support to escalate technical/fault issues.
- Conducting site visits on a regular basis.
- Logging and managing the completion of urgent and critical repairs and maintenance issues.
- Ensuring all sites communicate remotely to Head Office.

**Skills and experience should cover**:

- In-depth knowledge of SIRA report and OPT.
- Several years of analyst or pricing experience.
- Must possess strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple activities, and strong detail orientation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
- Proactive team player with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to build relationships and network internally and externally.
