- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing appointments and client records using Cliniko.
- Supporting practitioners with administrative tasks.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
