- Owning the relationship with our clients and providing amazing customer service

**Requirements**:
We want to hear from people with
- 2+ years of experience as a Lending Associate.
- A relevant tertiary degree in Business, Economics or Commerce.- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- A good grasp on the fundamentals of accounting - financial statements/tax returns, reading and analysing P&L and Balance Sheets etc.
- A basic understanding of our key product suite: Home Loans, Commercial & Business Loans, Asset Finance & SMSF Lending.
- Experience inputting Home Loans into a Mortgage Broking CRM, such as MyCRM.
- An understanding of the basics around the “three C’s” of lending - character, collateral and capacity.
