A well established and leading NSW state based organisation are creating a brand new role for a rehab counsellor or psychologist to join a collaborative team as an Injury Specialist.
The role comes with a competitive salary, no travel requirements, is between core business hours and has flexibility for both part-time and full-time options.
Working as a psychological specialist you will:
- Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to best manage psychological injuries.
- Provide advice and coaching across the NSW business to support the upskilling of your peers.
- Optimise successful RTW strategies for those who have sustained a psychological injury.
- Coordinate with treating practitioners and partnering providers to achieve optimal results.
To be successful, you will:
- Be tertiary qualified in psychology or rehab counselling
- Have prior experience in a clinical or occupational rehabilitation provider
- Have excellent communication skills, with a passion for coaching & strategic nature
- Be able to work autonomously yet collaboratively and be comfortable to deliver training
