**The Role**:
This role will provide you with the opportunity to shape our client's workforce, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and be a key player in the company's growth and success. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions within the mining operations, corporate functions, and technical departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for a range of roles across the company.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing guidance on recruitment best practices and workforce planning.
- Stay informed of industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitor hiring strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to support workforce planning and diversity initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in the mining, energy, or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, strategies, and techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and effectively prioritize.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Australia
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and talent acquisition challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
