We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual who is passionate about driving growth and creating innovative solutions to join our client's Commercial and Industrial (C&I) team.

As a C&I Customer Account Lead, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customers, providing exceptional service and delivering on their energy needs.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key C&I customers
- Developing and executing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Providing expert advice and guidance on energy products and services
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitive landscape

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- At least 5 years of experience in the energy industry, with a focus on C&I customers
- A strong understanding of energy products and services, as well as market trends and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to drive business growth and achieve targets
- A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
