**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking a WIL Officer to join Office of the Deputy Dean, Faculty of Science, Academic Division.

The position supports the Faculty’s work integrated learning program by coordinating student placements and projects including undertaking a broad range of administrative processes, client liaison and providing advice and information to students, staff and industry partners. The WIL Officer is responsible for ensuring that the Faculty of Science is serviced at all times to reflect a professional and welcoming approach to a diverse client group including staff, students, visitors and industry partners. The appointee will work in a client service focussed team environment providing administration and logístical support to clients in a busy environment.

**What you need to succeed**
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a degree, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, high-level oral communication and client service skills including the ability to clearly communicate, consult, negotiate and liaise with individuals both internal and external to an organisation in achieving business outcomes.
- Demonstrated high level attention to detail in data entry, document handling, and filing.
- Highly developed organisational skills including the ability to manage time and high volume tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines within the context of competing demands with limited supervision.
