**Who are we looking for?**
We are seeking a Partnership Officer to join Office of the Deputy Dean, Faculty of Creative Industries, Education and Social Justice.

The Partnership Officer is organisationally positioned in the Faculty Specialist Student Support team and provides a range of administrative duties which encompasses the organisation and administration of Professional Experience and Work Integrated Learning (WIL) placements within the Faculty. The Partnership Officer is the first point of contact for students, university staff and external stakeholders, and provides an exceptional standard of professional client service. The position supports the placement of students in a wide range of engagements and works collaboratively with staff in the Faculty and relevant Divisions across QUT who are directly involved in Professional Experience and Work Integrated Learning (WIL) placements.

**What you need to succeed**
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a degree.
- Demonstrated highly-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders and maintain confidentiality as required.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, manage time and high volume tasks efficiently, and meet tight deadlines within the context of competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team and to contribute positively to a work environment focussed on high-quality, high-volume output.
- Ability to interpret rules, policies and procedures with a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrated high level written communication skills including the ability to draft correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrated digital literacy including the ability to use Microsoft Office and corporate systems to input, access, extract and interpret data.
