We are looking for an **experienced Artisan Sourdough Baker** who is **hardworking, passionate, and creative**. You will bring at least **5 years of hands-on sourdough baking experience**, a strong work ethic, and a true love for the craft of baking. This is an opportunity to be part of a close-knit team where quality, creativity, and consistency are key.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Mixing, shaping, and baking a variety of artisan sourdough breads and baked goods
- Managing fermentation processes and maintaining starter cultures
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Collaborating on new product development and seasonal offerings
- Monitoring quality control to ensure consistency across all products
- Working early morning shifts and occasional weekends, as required
- Assisting with inventory management and ingredient ordering

Pay: $77,000.00 per year
