We are an artisan sourdough bakery focussing on making quality products. All our products are made from scratch such as sourdough brads, pies and sausage rolls.

We are now looking for a baker to join the team at Hein's Bakery.

The person we are looking for is passionate about bread and preferably has experience in all aspects of bread making (mixing to baking). Experience with pie and sausage roll making is an advantage but not essential.

This is a full-time role and will require 2x2am and 3x6am starts.
- Certificate III in Retail Bakery or Apprenticeship preferred but not essential.
- Passionate about baking
- High standards of hygiene and presentation
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Punctuality and reliability
- Own transport is required due to start times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship, Part-time

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malvern, VIC 3144: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
